Are You Hiring?
We have a terminal in Westfield, WI, Thomasville, NC, and a yard in Charleston, MO. We also operate 18 trucks out of Irving, TX and recently purchased a new location in Hartwell, GA. We hire in all of those locations when we have an opening. Drivers do not necessarily have to live in those areas, but the truck is serviced in those areas.
Where Are You Hiring?
We hire out of several states nationwide. Hiring can depend on whether we have freight running in the area where a potential driver lives to get them home. We do not hire out of California, Washington, Nevada, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, Arizona, Wyoming, New Mexico and a few midwest and east coast states farther from our terminals.

Do You Hire Part-Time Drivers?
We do hire part-time drivers when we have the business need for a part-time driver. Part-time is not always available.
Do You Hire Team Drivers?
Yes, when we have the need. It also varies by location.
What Experience Levels Do You Hire?
We will consider applicants who have at least 2 years of verifiable OTR experience, are 23 years of age or older, and meet all DOT requirements and qualifications.
Can I Apply If I've Been Off The Road For a Few Years?
We encourage all drivers with at least 2 years of verifiable OTR experience to still apply, even if they’ve been off the road recently.

Company Policies & Driving
What Routes Will I Drive?
We do not have dedicated routes. Our dispatch is based on customer demand. Drivers do fall into a pattern where they go to the same customers and usually leave and return on the same days each week. It can vary by location and we like applicants to talk to someone in operation at the location they are applying for.
How Much Home Time Can I Expect?
It depends on the location and how long the driver wants to stay out in some locations. It is best to check with the recruiter for the location you are applying for.
Is There a Rider Policy?
Yes. They must be 18 or older and a form is filled out before a rider is on the truck.
Do We Have a Pet Policy?
Yes. A driver may have their dog ride. There is a non-refundable $500 deposit that is deducted from your weekly settlement at $100 until the $500 is met. The dog should be up to date on shots and registration. Estimated 50LBs max weight or combination of 50LBs and non-aggressive breed. There is a form to sign outlining the full policy.

How Much Can I Expect to Earn?
We will soon have our figures for 2023 earnings to share. Our 2022 average was about 97,000 with several drivers earning 6 figures.
